How We Help

Every young man is different. We meet each one where he is and walk with him toward who he's becoming. Our coaching is private, structured, and built on real neuroscience, not shame.

Our Process

We Start With You

It begins with a private conversation between you (the parents) and your son's coach. We learn about his world, his personality, and what you're seeing at home. Then we meet your son for the first time with one goal: make him feel safe, not diagnosed.

He Learns He’s Good

In the first month, your son learns the actual neuroscience of craving. He discovers that his brain learned a pattern of coping and that pattern can be unlearned. This removes shame from the equation and replaces it with understanding. For most young men, this is the first time they believe freedom is actually possible.

He Builds Real Tools

We equip him with practical skills he'll use for the rest of his life: how to recognize and reframe negative thought patterns, how to identify what he's actually feeling underneath the urge, breathwork for real-time stress, and daily habits that give his life structure and purpose. We also address routines, personal care, and organization because how a young man keeps his world reflects how he's doing inside.

Initiated Masculinity

The final phase is about identity. Not just stopping a behavior but becoming a different kind of man. We help him write his own identity statements, define his non-negotiables, explore his story, and take concrete steps toward real friendships and community. He leaves coaching not just "clean" but with a vision for the man he wants to be.

Testimonial

"We found out our 15-year-old had been looking at porn for almost three years. We were devastated and had no idea where to turn. Therapy felt too clinical. Our parish had nothing for teens. A friend told us about The Freedom Group. Within three weeks, our son was talking openly with his coach about things he'd never told anyone. Within three months, he had daily routines, was sleeping better, joined a rec basketball league, and told us he felt like a different person. He still has hard days. But he has tools now. And he has a man in his life who gets it."
