Our Approach

We run two groups because the wounds are different. One for women personally battling pornography or sexual compulsion. One for women whose marriages have been upended by a husband's betrayal. Both are structured, safe, and faith-rooted. You don't have to explain yourself to get in the door. You just have to show up.

Our process is simple and supportive.

Every group meets virtually, so you can participate from home without sacrificing privacy. Sessions run for 12 weeks in a small closed group of 4–8 women, led by a trained female facilitator. What's said in the group stays in the group. Available online and nationwide.
